Can I customize my link and coupon?
Absolutely! Our system automatically creates a unique link and code for you when you're approved, but you're welcome to reach out to us if you'd like us to change them.
How long will cookies last on my affiliate link?
Cookies last for 30 days, so any sales made through your link within 30 days of a customer clicking on it will be eligible for a commission.
How will I know how many sales I've made and how much I've earned in commissions?
After you're accepted into the affiliate program, you'll have access to a dashboard where you can track your sales and the commissions you earn.
When will I be paid for sales I've earned a commission on?
Commissions on qualifying sales are paid out after 35 days from the original sale. This allows time for customer returns and more accurate reporting of the commissions you earn.
How do I use my coupon code and affiliate link once I'm in the program?
After you log into your affiliate account, you'll have access to products that qualify for a commission. Simply copy the link associated with the product you want to promote and share it with your followers.
Alternatively, you can share your unique general link or coupon code with your followers, and you'll earn a commission on any sales made with through your like or code (qualifying items only).
How do I know which products qualify for a commission?
Currently, all of our products except for gift cards qualify for a commission. However, should that change, you'll only see the products that do qualify in your affiliate dashboard.
